At your disposal are The GUEST quarters of our home which comprise of
1650 square feet of luxury accommodations, kitchen living room (open concept)
opening up to large private deck overlooking the water, two large bedrooms on
the upper floor one opening up to huge balcony overlooking the water, 4 pc
whirlpool bath, full laundry room, state of the art kitchen, with side by side
fridge , freezer and ice maker. in counter flat top range with convectional oven
, dishwasher , and microwave .and of course fully furnished with all linens and
bedding , our water is drawn from a artesian well , and is crystal clear and
perfect . private drive , parking ,and private entrance.
our rates are $ 700.00 per week up to 5 people,( or a maximum of 6 ,
including guests , add $ 100.00 per week) these rates are for
off season only, the rate for July and Aug is 900.00 dollars per week
Our season starts June 1 , and ends September 30
There is also a boat available ,a 17
ft . tempest 120 I-O very fast excellent for water sport or just cruising , at
reasonable daily rates
